Task
The key challenge was to hire an experienced designer who would have stunning projects in hers past portfolio.‘Good enough’ was clearly not the word our client was looking for. A spectacular design style was a prerequisite for this role. Previous exposure to international projects was a big plus.
Action
Speed was important for Huggy Studio.That’s why instead of waiting for CVs to come, we took a very proactive approach and contacted a couple of hundred professionals within the first week. In a very short period of time we had +100 profiles, of which we invited only a handful for a multi-stage recruitment process.
Result
UI/UX designer recruited by us occurred to be a perfect match. Out client is very happy with the candidate suggested by us and so is the person hired. We are keeping our fingers crossed for future growth of Huggy Studio!
