Who we are?

Codepole is a fast growing venture enabler & consulting company that focuses on the tech industry. We are experts in finance, product development, and app development with solid experience from tech companies (Google, Zalando, Kindred) and the financial industry (Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, EY, Kreditech, Advanon). Apart from building our own ventures, we help companies and startups across Europe to excel in their respective fields.

 

How we work?

We believe that it is key for our team members to grow their skill set and that this is done by experiencing challenging technical projects and by learning from each other. The work is varied between time based projects for clients, team augmentation for clients, and our own ventures and products. This allows our team members to continuously develop as they get to experience different technologies, problems, and solutions. Our team members share their knowledge with each other on a daily basis, so we ensure that we learn as much as possible.

 

What you’ll do?

• Work on interesting and challenging projects for our clients across Europe, ranging from a couple of months to up to a year. As a Frontend Developer, your tasks will include design, development, and delivery of frontend components and services to accelerate data transformation and delivering value to the end-user faster.

• When not being on a project for a client, take part in exciting internal projects for Codepole’s own ventures, such as a business loan broker operating on the Swedish market, an insurance broker, or a mortgage broker. Internal projects are tailored to the areas you would like to develop within and what brings value to the ventures. We value your ideas for the next ventures!

• Contribute to the development of CodePole in whatever way you can do it the best, be it sharing your knowledge, organizing professional speakers to run workshops for the team, taking part in our client calls, improving on our recruitment process, or planning our next team event.

 

Who you are?

• You are experienced with developing the frontend of applications (JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Experience working with some of the following: AWS/GCP/Azure, NoSQL/Mongo, microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker will be beneficial.
• You have good communication skills, being able to cooperate both with the tech and business teams.
• You are a driven person striving to improve things and enjoy getting things done.
• You professional proficiency in English (fluency in Swedish a big plus).
• You are used to working in an agile team, and care about personal and team development.
